You're way ahead of us. It was 20 years before I watched a "You, Me & the RV" video and realized I needed to do this. Thankfully, our A/C usage in New England is pretty light and things weren't too bad. My method of choice is to place the ladder on the stainless steel rain rail over the door...

Luv Subbin…thanks for watching and for your comments. We try to clean and inspect our AC at least twice a year (Spring & Fall). Even though we spent our Summer in New England this year, I was surprised by the amount of insect and tree debris that can accumulate in the AC overtime. Looking forward to your next video.

Great video. FYI for those that may not know to check and make sure the fins are straight and not bent over. Airflow is everything. Any restriction will reduce the efficiency of your AC. Some cleaners have a brush on the cap that can be used to "comb" the fins straight. OR you can find an AC comb for this purpose. Be gentle with them because they are delicate....like me 🤣. Thank you for sharing this tip, Brudda

Johnny…thanks for watching and the comments. With camping season off and running it’s a great time for AC maintenance.
