DIY analog synth Project . ( A near 30 minuite noodle on the Ad-vantage 03m.

Hey guys , yes its been a while. I have taken a break from the project. However I'm currently working on some additional circuits I did not envisage I would need so, alot of tidying up to get this my first ever project absloluty spot on.
Anyhow I recorded a little demo of the Ad-vantage 03m , nothing musically serious , so excuse my playing, just a noodle around.

Thanks very much Ben . Alot of work to go still and I mean beyond the design stage . Patience will be the key I think. In the current climate of economics It may not be wise to stick my toes in the water just yet.

omg it sounds amazing, and 14:35 for example sounds huge ! This is a beast of a monosynth. This has it's place a the studio. Sort of a mightier relative of a Minimoog.

Fantastic sounding beast, and I have had a number of Minimoogs in my time. This is right up there. Everything from growling deep bass to soaring leads and more. Nice one.

Hey I.P. thanks for your comment . Its really good and assuring to hear from well train ears when it comes to tone quality. Not always easy to achieve. Good to know my perseverance has payed off . Im still plugging away at getting some circuit boards finalised. Then comes stage 2, trying to get some professional wood work and metal work done . Thanks again 🙂👌🏾

Hi, Adam! Another great demo of the great monosynth! I've bought A4 MK2 recently... and it's sound is far away from your monster! :)) yeah, it's good and actually I've took it only because I need some independent gear in my summer house (next year). I've got that I've killed too much time for nothing this summer. But I need to be there to water vegetables and berries (especially these) or we'll loose them. I define A4 as a "sketching synth" that has a good analog base. I just imagine... If you could create a super-synth with digital controls (like A4) including a preset section and etc. then it could become a killer synth between the most of groove boxes! Even without it's chorus and replacing LFOs and envelopes by digital sources this imaginary synth is a dream of many synth lovers IMHO. P.S. yeah, I remember about my previous ideas about the polysynth and/or semi-modular. They're in a parallel line :)

Hey nice to see you here. Yes the A4 however does much my primitive design doesn't, however this has an arguably killer tone 👌🏾 that is lacking from alot of modern synths in my opinion . Only dreadbox and analog solutions seem to be maintaining that vintage vibe of recent. Yes well I think for now I'm more than happy to leave out any digital side and at least get this into some kind of manufacturing process . However in the future with help im sure an analog signal path synth with digital routines can be a definite .
