Great video and product. I had some granite delivered from India many years ago. Many pieces broke in transit. I was able to glue them back together with rods and epoxy, tried to polish the joint but only succeeded in dulling the area around the joint, not polishing it. I also used a polish compound called Diaglo, a powder with diamonds. Wish I had known about this product and technique way back then. Thanks

Thank you. You can still polish your granite. Diaglo was a good product back then but this method is much more predictable, especially after a few diamonds.

Thank you very much for the video Ted. How do you polish inside of 90 degree corners where countertop meets the walls? And also behind the faucets? Round pad does not get there.

I recommend removal of the faucets if the area around them is badly damage. You may also need some diamond pads. I have another video showing this. You really don't need to polish inside corners but you can use a 3 inch pad to get closer to the corner.

You can charge between $350 - $600 depending on the size of the area and the amount of work needed. For stand alone jobs the price is will be a little higher.

Great information! Wouldn't you think preservation tape would be easier? That worked well for me. I'm only at the 17 minute marker on your video so far, but w a s wondering if you used that, or if there was a reason you like using duct tape?
