if you press mutiple keys at same time (say key 1 and key 2 togenter) , what will happed

Thanks to the diodes both will be recognized as intended. You can press as many keys at once as you want without any issues when using diodes.

It's a custom design, PCBWay is mainly focused on manufacturing your own PCBs, not selling existing products (though they do have some)
