The arch bridge frame is on the left to hold the pipe to secure the pipe and arch together but the pipe is missing from the arch

That is an insightful questions. Yes, If you push quads together really tightly they can pop the pipe out of the base. If that might be an issue, I will tape the joint together for extra security. A little bit of duck tape can easily fix the problem.

I think the flange isn't enough to stabilize something that big. You might try a metal flange. that is taller and put a short length of metal pipe in it.
