Very very good! (The bad thing is not knowing how to speak English and not knowing what you are saying, in addition to having to keep using the Google translator to post comments like this)

This wasn’t covered in your steps but it should be noted that Plastidip should be applied when the can is at room temp or when it’s over 45 degrees when outside, otherwise it won’t dry right or the can will spray inconsistently. Let the can sit in warm water for 10 mins or so if that’s the case bc you wanna make that layer on foam look smooth. Also heat sealing foam & several layers of applied Mod Podge will provide a smooth surface to paint on

Thank you, this helped alot. My thigh armor keeps falling down to my knees! But this helped alot with the strap

These templates are legit. I'm in the process of putting together an EVA foam Commonwealth armor suit and the thigh armor has me at a roadblock. With a bit of modification, this same design could be the ticket.

saw that you printed out large cutouts but was that the size you made your armor? I'm 5'10 and printed out small and front outside 1 and front outside 2 taped together come to my hips. also I have different leg armor I'm using and it comes 5 1/2 '' from knee, do you think I should go the extra small route thanks

I really liked how easy you made it seem to make. I'm debating using the stencil for the base and molding out muscles for my sons costume. Kinda like people do for abs.

So I printed off the medium sized patterns and cut them out, they seem huge. Is medium the right size for a 6 ft individual?
