Here from TSG 💗 I feel your frustration on curved walls--my apartment has totally shoddy carpentry as well, and the sheetrock is SO thin & crumbly I can barely hang anything up ☹️ I also adored your moment behind held over a beloved dog--my boyfriend & I have dogsat for his brother's dog the majority of the past two years and she just joined her family over in Dubai--I'll miss her so much, but I know she's happy & we hope to visit in the future! Dog love always. The room looks fab, I'm so happy your rolly thing JUST misses the rug tehee, BEST name(s) for plants EVER; great collaboration coming together in a beautiful way! 🐶💕

An option for the artwork you're worried about fading is going to Michaels or anywhere that does custom framing and ask for a sheet of glass that has UV protection to be cut to size.

The artwork that you are wanting to protect from the sun....what kind of piece is it? Acrylic paint? Watercolor? Do you know? Because there is a wax that you can spread over paintings using your fingers that is just a clear was and it gives a slight satin matte type of finish and it protects paintings from the sunlight to reduce fading. Hope that helps! It was originally meant for oil paintings, but someone here on KZbin uses it for watercolor paintings as well! I hope that helps! ❤️❤️❤️

But I should also mention, if you know that they used acid free paper and a paint with artist grade lightfastness then you shouldn't have an issue with fading. If it was done with alcohol markers then it is prone to fading, there is not lightfastness with alcohol based markers.
