Yay 😊! I usually let my canvas dry for a good 8 hours or if I will be adding epoxy i would leave it to dry for 24 hours just to be safe. Thanks for watching 😊

Hi dear, Plaster of Paris is a mixture of sand and cement, you can use it for different things like fixing walls, ceilings, and also because it dries super quick you can use it to mold sculptures and the finish have a super smooth consistency.

I just bought my pop. Haven't tried this yet. But I also bought a bucket. Since I don't want to rinse POP down my sink drains. I'll rinse my tools in a bucket of water. Idk if this is too much precaution... But I'm married to a plumber. So I think about things like this 🤷

I am not sure about the heat tool i never tried it but the paste will dry within a week or so but if you see it's start to dry in a couple of day just add a bit of glue or white paint in it and stir it. it will become nice and creamy again.Hope that help 😊 thanks for watching!

Yes, definitely but you gonna have to work really fast because the plaster cures super fast and the more plaster you add the faster it will cure.

Hi Dear, I think you can use any kind of paint (except oil paint I wouldn't recommend it) I use the paint just for color really not anything else. Hope that help 😊

DIY texture paste: White Elmer’s glue 1/2 c Acrylic paint 1/4 c Plaster of Paris 1 c Use jar with tight seal. Pour in liquids first, mix. Then add P.O.P little by little. Mix really well in between. Need thick consistency. (For those who want to save the details)

What to do when it dries

I will suggest that you make it in small batches that you can use within a week, but if it does dry within that time frame just add either more glue or paint to it and break it apart and stir it until it will becomecreamy again. Hope that answered your question and thanks for watching 😊

Using pop my paste hardened in minutes. There is a very good reason store bought is expensive. Fooling around with utube home recepies that don’t work is even more expensive.

Hello Dear, Sorry to hear your paste crack. I am not sure how you made your paste but I have many projects I made using this recipe and my projects are all good with no cracks, Like I said you have to mix the paste extremely well until it has no lump or bubbles, store it in a glass jar and try to use use whitin a few days.
