Would this product work if the TVs were side by side, up against a flat wall - no angle?

No i dont think so, it works because its transmiting or passing image from an angle like a xx degree polarizer. Either 45 or certain degree angle (not sure though)

Sim, funciona, porém você deve dobrar a parte lisa para frente, dessa forma vai ficar meio estufado, porém distorce melhor. Se for duas TVs e a parte da porta estiver de frente para você acredito que vá funcionar.
