My friend! You're right! The amplifier is weak. The material of the box is MDF 2.5mm. I showed my experience of creating boxes without using large and scary woodworking machines. The damping decrement of the MDF housing is very good. And the sound from the amplifier on the TPA 3101 is weak. I'll definitely make a video with a different amplifier. Thanks for your feedback.

what are the wood hole sizes? also what are the other 2 tools you use to connect the wires?

I didn't understand your question. If about connectors, then I solder them

@DiyBoomboxLab oh thank you. But I was wondering what size the box is and the holes in the box if that isn't too much trouble.

nice proyect! but i recommend u to change the amplifier board, i also tested that model "zk-502L" and it dont have very good audio quality, white noise. i prefer xy-c50L or tpa3116d2

Very beautiful design. Just one problem: The midrange speakers are in the same chamber as the subwoofers, you can see that they are dimming much more and therefore generating distortion at high volume. Wouldn't it be interesting to isolate them?
@DiyBoomboxLab6 ай бұрын
I don't use midrange speakers. This is a two-way system with passive radiators. Large speakers are passive radiators to increase volume at low frequencies. The left and right channels are separated by an MDF partition. Thanks for your feedback.
