Hello ! I'm glad my videos are useful to you! For the cover it is best to use cardboard between 150gsm and 220gsm. In the video I used a lower quality one and that's why it doesn't look as good...

Not sure about this - the pages don't lay flat with this method, unlike the spiral notebook.

Of course, there are different methods, you have to choose the one you prefer! This method is very useful for storage since the binding lies "flat" and the spirals do not tangle with each other.
