How do you put boquet in water over night if you have ribbon all thexway down the stem

Good question! For fresh flowers I would wait until the day of the event to do the ribbon treatment. Or forgo wrapping the very bottom/under part of the handle and simply wrap the stems leaving about half an inch exposed so the flowers can sit in a small amount of water overnight. Hopefully that made sense 😵‍💫
