the cam lobes look sharp, higher lift isnt as good as a longer duration on a flat head engine. also it may help to set up a degree wheel and dial indicator to spec that cam in then maybe you can do a couple cams and note the change in running.

That's a good idea! Honestly this whole process has been a bit of an experiment for me so the version that ends up running in the next few weeks won't by any means be the final version. Hell it might blow up lol! Either way it's a win in my book. Make sure to tune in in the future because I'd love to try different cams in a vid, I'll mention your comment if I do. Have a great day!
