A helpful hint for you videos: if you will smear a very thin layer of SMD flux-paste over your solder board (not so much you fill the holes) and all component leads, you will get much quicker wetting of the solder to the connection. During a normal solder operation, you are actually oxidizing the connection because of the elevated temperature, and the solder balls-up waiting for the solder’s flux to heat up enough to become active to overcome that oxidation. Since the layer is so thin, it cannot be seen. When I make PCB’s I smear them with SMD flux-paste to keep them from oxidizing wether I tin-plate or not. I then usually wrap them in cling-wrap for longer storage. Give it a try, think you’ll like it! Anyway, great video!

If you're using decent solder, you have no need of doing that. Ersin, Kester, the good stuff. 63:37 or even 60:40. That wets like lightning.

Note that he connected to AC power. You can look up AC 3 Phase Induction Motor.

reading the comments and an answer you gave about the red wire you put on the common where the three coils meet and you said you had converted from delta to star... I tell you that these motors are always in star and that for them to be in delta we must separate the three coils and remove them from the common and joining each one with the end of the other you get the delta connection...

Thank you🙂🤝 The positive cable is connected inside on common point of this star type motor. The voltage is from 8 to 18V because you have to put zener diodes between Gate and Source

@@rusticagenerica I replaced all my 16 (whatever mosfets they were as numbers were removed) as close by lightning static blew the amp, I saw the flashover. I used IRF520N which ended up being better but had a higher biasing voltage. Ones I corrected for the new bias gate voltage it was distortion free. The originals were a bias voltage of 1.5 or abouts as there was only 2,1 volt bias before I changed the appropriate resistors to bring the gate voltage up to 4.2. Amp is better than before now a lower input to get same out. It is a HF RF amp.

Hall sensors are in place but I have not connected them and there is no additional controller. But I connected 1 extra cable to a common point of the three cables, this red cable goes inside the motor and is connected to a common point and that's.

The transistors are lined up with the help of diodes and resistors and thus the motor starts to rotate

O fio vermelho é ligado direto na bateria, é a junção de todos os fios da bobina do motor. Sem esse fio não funciona, sendo assim precisa desmontar o motor e soldar um fio pra fora pra ligar o positivo na junção de todas as bobinas. Os três fios que ficam expostos em cores será ligado o negativo que será controlado pelo circuito e o positivo é o centro de todas as bobinas que fica dentro do motor.

Was a brushless motor type Delta with 3 cables, but i converted it to a Star type with 4 cables. I connected the red cable inside to a common point of the 3 phases to work with this circuit

A cordless brushless angle grinders have similar to that chip but it's very weak and cant hold much load if you can make one can hold the heat and powerful i think you can make money from that and i hope you make a video about that ❤

Depends on current draw. Higher current will attract the rotor faster, resulting in faster switching. This speed up will continue until friction limits the output speed, and thus switching speed as well. If there wasn't friction, it would keep speeding up nonstop. So, the frequency can vary from a few Hertz to hundreds of Hertz..

Pessoal, falta uma informação importante: a derivação central das bobinas precisa ser conectado no positivo da bateria e para isso precisa abrir o motor, no caso dos motores de hoverboard bobinados em estrela. Caso ligue apenas os três fios do motor só vai ter o negativo na bobina e não irá funcionar. Para funcionar precisa de 4 fios e não apenas 3. Sendo que são 3 fases e na junção do fim de todas as bobinas será ligado do positivo. Este circuito controla o negativo nas bobinas, sendo assim o positivo precisa ser ligado direto na junção de todas as bobinas.

Ok i think i sussed it out the red wire goes to the center of the star wiring it has to be added separatly ,but he doesnt tell you that ,it is possible some bdlc motors would require being changed to star wiring arrangement if they are different,

this isnt a circuit id recomend for scooter or ebike as it will be extremely noisey ,like load wineing as spinning up,and will be bit jerky and erratic,due to lack of hall sensors for rotor position, but as a fail safe ,it be ok \

Of course, but you have to put a heat sink. If you want them to be more durable, you can connect additional transistors in parallel.

@@Persanity It can't. But it is possible to add a switch that switches the coils from the driver to a separate rectifier, but I don't think it's worth it.

The red cable is connected inside to a common point on the motor. Such a simple circuit works only with 4 cable motors where the positive cable is connected to a common point

hello is this a multipoint unipolar motor or it's a bldc motor star connected with common neutral point ? and how is the driving switching sequence produced?

Hello this BLDC motor was Delta, but i turned it into a Star with a common point. And driving switching sequence becomes the help of the connected resistors and diodes. When one transistor closes the circuit gives a signal to the next transistor and begins the endless process of rotation.

اتجاه الدوران لايحدد بهذه الطريقه ممكن يذهب يسار او يمين لان السنسر ملغات ثم لم تقول مصدر التجهيز كم فولت 6 فولت او 12

The voltage probably depends on the motor, and the direction is determined by the resistors and diodes. The motor should only run in one direction. To reverse the direction 3 diodes need to be swapped with 3 resistors and installed in the proper orientation.

There is no protection if Mosfet shorts...but simple to implement. are you using back emf as gate drive?

No protection and works without EMF signal, mosfets trigger the next one with a signal from one another.

For 3-pin control it must be with 6 MosFet's and controlled by a microcontroller. I converted my BLDC motor from Delta to Star type connection

Sorun olmaz aksine daha dayanıklidır IRFZ44N,. Aslında ben IRFZ44N sipariş vermiştim ancak videoyu çekmeye başladığımda farkettim ki IRFZ34N göndermişler.🙂

Mosfet lerin çok detaylı şekilde bilmiyorum aklımda yapılabilecek tek bir fırçasız motor var hall sensörü statordaki N kutbu rotor daki N kutubuna geldiğinde devreyi açıp kapayıp döngüye girmesi
