What size bracket would be good for a buffalo skull?

Use a 3 inch screw. Zip it in 1 inch deep at a 45 degree angle. Literally does the same thing. And it's 1 screw. Nothing else. Skull hangs right off it at an angle

Made one of my own for a red stag and turned out great. Only issue I have is that it wants to fall to either side. I solved this by tying fishing line to the antlers to stabilize it, but any other ideas ?

Get plumbers tape or flat malleable brackets and bend them up in a "U" . Attach bracket where the 1/4" carriage bolt is. Done.

I got the issue with it sliding either way to the left or right any way to stabilize it?

its hard to tell exactly whats going on in your set up without being there. but what i do i use the hole at the back of the head to stabilize it. The hole where the brain stem exits the skull is not flat it has protruding bone pieces that fit perfectly over the corner bracket and grip the sides preventing the wobble... try shortening up the bolt or playing with the angle of the skull on the bolt so that the brain stem hole grips the corer bracket. thanks,

@@petergozinya2607I use the long Coat hooks that have double hooks the top one isn’t like 3” long just screw it to the wall an can adjust the top long hook as needed? 4.99 at big box stores. Come White,black, brass lil more. Just a Thaught. If don’t work way you like can always use for Coats?
