I bought so much glitter from a craft store that was going out of business to start making my own mixes right before this pandemic hit. I got discouraged and Haven't done my nails in 2.5 months or even made the mixes. Then this popped up and I'm soooooooo happy that you did this video. Hello there Lissette. DAWN from Las Vegas NV. I just did my glitter pack of colored ones from Wal-Mart a few days ago. A 12 pack for around $7 in the area by the crafts. I used a my Saviland builder gel then applied each finger with it. Then I sprinkled the turqouise colored glitter. Boy what a mess!!! Took me 3 1/2 hours to get set up and clean all the excess glitter off my cheap old computer desk at the end!!! Never again I thought!!! Then I just found your video on my phone. So I really am appreciative and so happy I found a different way of applying my nails and thanks so being so detailed by explaining how you can make your own glitter and gel mixes in those little pots. I have 4 old pots that I can clean out and use them by how you do yours. Thanks so much Lissette!!! From Las Vegas Dawn.

I kinda just throw it in to be honest. I just eyeball it. for me when I think it looks to thick or chunk I just add more gel.

yes you should. so when shaping you don’t file into the glitter

Hi Angela!, some gel companies use a higher viscosity than others, maybe try comparing some gel Viscosity to your liking!... thanks for watching!

yea so if your not using every single color on a regular base it’ll settle at the bottom. I had grabbed a color the other day that I haven’t touched in like 7 months and had to mix it up a little get it back to what it was.
