Damn that fucker looks slick. I'm fixing to make set of four, two stacked side by side. I think I want to make my panels flush to the front like you got going on but I guess I'll have to mock a few up and see what looks best.

Which angled part exactly? Yes we do this on most cabs when needed.

3.2 - 4mmmm all around is a very tight fit

@@ModulusAmps Just to make sure I get that right. Do you mean 3.2-4 ,, on each side or for each axis ?

@@kastor8274 each side. Look at the thickness of the tolex, cloth and piping. I use 3.2mm Fr4 board to check gap spacing. For thicker grill cloths and tolex you may need more space. So 4mm all around is a good bet with this stuff

@@ModulusAmps Thanks so much ! Well I won't use any tolex, cos its too expensive, I'll go with that structural paint. But since I will use salt and pepper I'll go for 3.8 mm .

I want to install piping trim on a Marshall 4x12 cabinet. Does anyone have experience doing this, please advise?

It's installed inside the cabinet. Not attached to the baffle

Is the baffle held in place with removable screws, visible from inside the cabinet? I have not removed the back on one of these yet. I assume the piping would be attached to the edge of the enclosure with staples?
