Very talented indeed! Thanks for sharing. This is such nice work. Will go ahead and have parts made in alu as I guess it will last far longer. I guess you've had thousands of people ask you but here it goes: any chance of plans? Again, very, very nice work. Congrats mate. Also checked out your web site, so many ideas. Never let your mind rest, some day, your day will come my good friend!
@producttank9 жыл бұрын
Hi Guillermo, thanks for the comment. I never made any plans as I just did it all as I went along and having made it, it really wouldn't matter if it was an inch or two longer here and there. The head would definitely be improved if made in aluminium. What I'll try to do is take some photo's and put some rough dimensions on them and post them on the blog section of my website soon. I'll let you know when it's done, so there's no need for you to keep checking. PT

producttank That's fantastic. Will start rendering this in SW. Will take some time but will keep you posted. It all looks simple enough. Next step? Motor+joystick control of the head! Lets see where this takes us but already I'm feeling great about this project. Thanks for the time taken to share

+producttank thought?/ re-arranging the "yaw" control arm, to be in front of the pivot would allow >+/- 90 degree for true tangential shooting, though pitch axis would then not operate as intended; gyro-lock would reduce pitch to zero and cross-couple the pitch to roll 100%. Oh well there is always a trade-off (add a pitch servo inside the yaw ring). great demo. The tracking mod is really good functionality.

Since you're not going to use this for your (or your child's) cereal...why not do some damage to it to improve it? Drill a hole into the actual bowl, right behind your camera. Then mount a threated rod hanging down from the bowl to add weight and a lever to make the whole construction more dull (i hope that's how you'd discribe it....you know what I mean, eliminate all those little shakes) and that should pretty much do it. Maybe put a curved adhesive mount onto the bowl instead of that tape to be able to adjust the camera after adding weight. l love the basic idea of that thing! Feel free to visit my channel for some (just a few until this day) tricks and tips for diy camera gear and camera use which I got when facing different problems while filming...though it's all german...do it anyway!!!=)
@producttank10 жыл бұрын
Thank you Matthies, I will try your suggestion, I think it will really help, I will also visit your channel. I have been working on another video for a GoPro stabilizer which I hope to release by the end of the week. PT

@producttank9 жыл бұрын
Hi Gota Gorda, for the last few years I've made all my music myself on the Apple garage band app. It's really easy to use and allows me to make music to fit my films, rather than spend ages trying to find a piece that works. I hope this helps. PT
@gotagorda21149 жыл бұрын
a muchas gracias, si he hecho algo de música en banda de garage, si es muy fácil, pero ese sonido es de un plugins en especial o cual es el instrumento que utilizaste en el programa. saludos y gracias nuevamente
@davidolivera56469 жыл бұрын
gota gorda to thank you very much , if I have done some music in garage band , if too easy, but that sound is a special plugins or what is the instrument that you used in the program. Greetings and thanks again
@producttank9 жыл бұрын
+gota gorda +david olivera I just used the standard app, there are no special plugins. The background is made using smart strings in cinematic, I've also used the Whirly piano and normal piano, there is another keyboard on top, which I can't remember, or I might have used echo, but everything was done using the standard garage band app on iPad. PT
