Beautiful, and I'm sure it's fast. I wonder how long those motors handled that much power, and without flex in the deck or shocks on 90mm wheels how the ride feels. Wish there was a way to have carbon fiber strength without rubbing deck flex

Maybe use foam grip tape for shock reduction. I'm doing a similar build but using truck lining spray and changeable battery packs.

for enclosure 3 layers fiberglass and one layer carbon fiber, glassing and finish varnish with acrilyc poliuretane gloss

You do great hand layup and finishing. Too bad your battery supplies were limited to crappy mismatched used laptop cells that will probabley catch fire. Up your battrery skills and stop showing kids how to make a bomb. Never place wires directly onto the cells. Use insulating fish paper over the cells first then run your wires . Then you can shrink wrap over the whole pack. Also try to not cross your bms balance wires. Vibrations over time can create a short and cause fire. Your board work is superb tho. Thanks, it's very easy, carbon fiber can be used in different applications, you can make an amazing full carbon fiber product, but sometimes carbon fiber is used as sandwich, carbon fiber with core foam, fiberglass, wood and with these other materials you will get more flexibility, it is very easy to make a full carbon fiber longboard, the most difficult part is just the finish. In this case, I wanted the flexible wood and the external durability of carbon fiber and the aesthetic look too, I love carbon fiber.

Really nice work and a gorgeous result. Just wish the whole board was carbon fiber! At this point you've just done it for looks and not for the real reason to make something out of carbon fiber which is for weight savings and strength!

The most difficult process in carbon fiber is the finish, I can make easily a full carbon fiber longboard but will be very rigid to ride on it, thanks anyway for your comment !
