Cheers man - Hey ahh im going to trial it with a wet layup first with a balloon inside of it- ( with an internal rib inside it for strength ). Failing that ill do infusion in 2 halves and glue it together. Bro haaaard - ive got some other stuff in carbon to make yet, so watch this space.

Thanks man - its been such a cool project of mine and a vision ive had for such a long time. I will eventually be producing these and everything will be carbon including the uprights. Ive got a price range of between $1500NZD ($980USD) to $1800NZD ($1180USD) as i havent fully worked out the pricing yet but theyll be around those figures. The Big Country labs wings wont come with as much carbon accessories as mine and will be significantly heavier at $2400NZD ($1580USD). Can just sell the element on its own as well. Shipping is not super expensive worldwide either.
