Hope you enjoyed the video and that this has given you the courage to start doing your own oil changes! Check out this video and learn how to raise a vehicle, as you'll need it to be raised up in the front as this video shown, to gain access to the oil drain plug by having enough ground clearance. kzbin.info/www/bejne/rYesoWR5lNyDd6M By no means am I a professional mechanic, I am also trying to learn as I go, and to learn from my mistakes. If you do have any input or question, please feel free to drop them in the comments. I will try to address them as best as I can.

Where do buy the oil for cheap in Toronto?

Look for sales with Germanparts.ca, I think they might be the cheapest to sell LM during sale. Try for their Black Friday sale that should happen later in Nov.

do you add all the oil u show ??? 6.9 ??

B58TU on an xDrive car calls for 7.2L. So yes I poured in all 7L + 300ml of MoS2. But mind you the B58TU xDrive car has a bigger/deeper oil pan that takes more oil than the non-xDrive. Non-xDrive calls for like 6.5L I believe.

How did you jack the car up?

I’ve made a separate video about how to lift up a G20 w/ jack and jack stands. Check out the link below or check out my YT playlist. kzbin.info/www/bejne/rYesoWR5lNyDd6Msi=cykmunYPqv13WFp8

@@TandeGarage Got it, wasn’t sure we could use those points to lift the vehicle from what I read on the forums. Subscribed!

@@thehonda8290 If it gives you any additional peace of mind, the BMW service manual for the G20 specified they are both appropriate locations (the center front indented spot and the rear diff). I’ve been using these locations for the past year working on my G20 and it’s been working fine. I will note that it’s a bit strange that my front indented circle has been “further” dented upon recent inspection. From now on, I’d recommend to use a block of 2x4 on the jack to evenly distribute the load better if you try to lift the front end like I’d shown in my video.
