I know some people wrap their hair in a scarf then use a satin cap also so that might help. Or she could be like me, my hair and scalp absorbs oil very well. If I oil my hair in the morning, its bone dry by the evening.

Has anyone experienced neck rash or irritation from using Chebe? I used it for four months until the skin on my neck started burning. The sensation was so bad that I had to wash all the Chebe out of my hair and use CORTISONE 10 to eliminate the rash. While wearing Chebe, my hair was moisturized and actually growing, but now that I have taken a break from Chebe, my hair is back to being dry and brittle, and it’s back to breaking off. Another thing that I noticed was that there are lighter spots on the skin of my neck and some light spots on my scalp. What am I doing wrong?

It’s not for your scalp. You can use the oil prior to installing the braids after you’ve moisturized your hair you can use the oil to seal it in then install your braids.
