DIY Christmas Angel - Hand turned and somewhat rustic

I was working on another turning when I was asked to make an angel for a customer's sister. Not being one to walk away from a sale, I put my other project on hold and turned this. Your imagination is your only limitation. These are not difficult to do and always loved. The main body is Hackberry, the halo is Chinese Tallow and the wings are Blackjack Oak. Thanks for watching. Hi Billy Like the video! But - "REALLY LOVE THE DOG" I had a male boxer (big guy over 90 lbs). I named him "Floyd Patterson" The most loving and gentle dog who loved our grandchildren (who are now in university) We lost him about 12 years ago at the age of 11. To this day I reach beside my chair to give him the last bite of my cookie. He was my buddy and above all - I knew my wife was pretty safe while I was travelling for work, as he was always by her side when I was away. Can't see a boxer puppy to this day that doesn't make want me to buy another - but no time or space, so not fair to the dog to get another. Have a great Christmas with your family. Stay safe.
