Thanks for the video. Cool project. FYI... I work at Printful in Charlotte, NC. Printful is a print-on-demand company with over 350 products. If you wanted to print onto acrylic in color, I would look into dye sublimation printing. You can laser cut a metal jig that holds a full sheet of puzzle pieces that matches the layout of your printed transfer sheets. The next trick is to skip the black border around the individual images. Cutting those out by hand is time wasted. Put two registration dots on your image outside of the individual images. On the laser cut metal jig, have two pin holes etched. These match up with your registration marks. That way you can heat transfer a whole sheet worth at time without doing any cutting. To line up the dots with the registration holes, use two push pins. A second suggestion is to just skip the MDF. Cut the whole thing from a single sheet of acrylic and print the red onto the back of the puzzle frame at the same time as the puzzle pieces. To make the backing of the puzzle board, I would use a sheet of 1.5 mm plexiglass. This is the cheap stuff used in cheap picture frames. Hope this helps. Would love to see your backstory video of what you used to do, and how you got started in this business. Again, thanks for the video.

Great project but why seal before painting? New to this process.
