@@gingerninjaneering I have an upgrade MaxNC 15, Inventables Carvey, and HX8610. All 3 have run grbl controllers. No real projects just yet.

Hi there thank you for your comment. No I never worker in a machine shop I worked in an spring making shop for my first job for about 6 years we had a manual mill and lathe but I never really used them. I am completely self taught I started by building a 3d printer to learn cnc and I brought a manual lathe to learn that. I is alot to learn but if you have passion for something and are willing to take the time to learn you can achieve anything you like believe in yourself and go for it.
