What do you mean by "not too many chemicals"? It's relative, I think. I can recommend you some preservatives that fall under organic preservatives and you can then check the technical data sheet.. You get this is you buy your ingredients from a reliable supplier. Euxyl K 940 INCI: phenoxyethanol, benzyl alcohol, ethylhexylglycerol, tocopherol Recommended usage rate: 0.50 - 1.50% Phase: Water phase pH Range: 3 to 12 Protects Against: -Gram positive? Yes - Gram negative ? Yes - Fungi? Yes Features and benefits of Euxyl K 940: - Stable to hydrolysis, temperature and pH. - It can be easily dispersed in various systems, even at low temperatures. - Maximum manufacturing temperature: 100 °C - Shows good compatibility with salts. - Shows good compatibility with cosmetic ingredients.
