To achieve that fresh, glowing complexion. Here are some tips that can help: - Drink lots of water: Keeping your body hydrated is crucial for achieving plump and fresh skin. - Include nutritious foods in your diet: Opt for fruits, vegetables, and whole grains! Nourish your skin from within with these nutrient-rich foods. - Use a gentle cleanser: Steer clear of harsh cleansers that can strip your skin's natural oils. Search for a gentle option that won't cause irritation. Personally, I prefer litlextra ricebeery face wash known for its gentleness and containing black rice water, which is beneficial for the skin. - Get enough sleep: Don't underestimate the power of deep sleep! Your skin will appear brighter and more refreshed with sufficient rest. - Don't forget to exfoliate: Scrub away those dead skin cells to reveal brighter, fresher skin. But don't overdo it - as excessive exfoliation can cause irritation. - Moisturize: Maintain skin hydration and suppleness by using a moisturizer appropriate for your skin type. - Ensure sun protection for your skin: Protect your skin from the sun to prevent premature aging and dullness. Make sunscreen a daily essential and limit direct sun exposure.

I have used polyglyceryl 4 oleate instead but without using olivem 300, it has same effect oil to milk and cleanse off the make up, but it feels sticky on the skin, must use a sponge to rinse it off. 😔, Any idea how to avoid that stickiness? Thank you

Congrats on 200K subs! 🥰 I used to make lotions/creams with high oil/butters/fats content as per a workshop I took years ago at New Directions Aromatics in Canada (they don’t do them anymore and they were guest instructors). The only thing they used to “preserve” was grapefruit seed extract, which isn’t a preservative. But those lotions didn’t spoil on me, I didn’t have to keep them refrigerated and they could literally last well over a year if stored in a cool enough, dry place. Don’t ask me how but I wouldn’t use that now to preserve. I say just do the preservative anytime there’s water for safety and so you don’t waste your ingredients. 🤷🏾‍♀️
