I'm just finishing closing on a home this next week, and have fallen in love with the farmhouse style. You have inspired me to DIY my own coffee mug rack instead of buying one. Thank you for making this video!

Awesome rack, love the black hooks and the Lights!!!! Funny that your finding as I just found several things this morning. Came home with only 4 mugs and left all the nibble and taste ovals behind with several of her other smaller font patterns.. I am almost positive I will find a large COFFEE canister someday.. TFS

@TheDIYCottage7 жыл бұрын
+Shannon Avery sure! The hooks are spaced 7” apart from each other and 3.5” in from each side. (I hope that’s not too confusing). I used 12 hooks all together :)

Hey awesome work man! I was wondering what wood you are using? Is it a pallet you have that was safe to use or single wood you purchased? Thanks :)
@TheDIYCottage6 жыл бұрын
Hey! For this particular project, I used a combination of pallet and store bought wood. The back supports and top chalk board part are all pallet wood, and the boards that the cup hooks are on, are store bought. Hope that helps!

@theoriginalwhit32936 жыл бұрын
Can you explain the wood measurements to me? What is 1x6x28 and the other measurements?
@TheDIYCottage6 жыл бұрын
+TheOriginalWhit sure! It is 1” in thickness, 6” in width, and 28” in length. So when you go to the store, they will sell 1”x6” boards in various lengths. I just cut mine down to 28” in length. All the other measurements are the same formula (thickness of board x width of board x length of board). Hope that helps! :)
