The size of the cold shoulders is perfect for what I would like to make, but I'm unsure of the size of the circular item I would need. Thank you!

Hello. I love this idea and is planning to try it. Can i ask about the stitch witchery? Does it make the fabric stiffer? And does it fall after wash or over time? Thank you so much. I overspent on thrifting online this pandemic and ended up with too many secondhand clothes that i don't really like or even fit in. Can't afford the sewing machine in this horrible time 😥
