DIY colorful shiplap ceiling

I recorded these videos back in November of 2023. I forgot about them until I was going through my phone looking for something else.
Everyone who walks in our house looks up immediately. I love that. This is not for everyone... it's like a coat of many colors, but up on my ceiling. We have a vault in our bedroom too, but it's oiled rainbow poplar. It too is beautiful, but very different from this.
I purchased the wood off of a guy in Johnson City, TN.
Ignore the unfinished fireplace stone. I ran out of stone and it took a long time to get more (special order). I will be finishing that some time this fall.
