DIY Coronavirus Home Decontamination Box. UV Light Kills 99.99% of surface virus in 30 minutes.

UC Berkley Lab had some really interesting research on the use of germicidal UV lights to damage the DNA structures of virus and bacteria. In a nutshell, broad spectrum UV light destroys 99% of virus in approximately 30 minutes.
At a cost of about $30 on Amazon I was able to build a working decontamination chamber which I plan to use on items that we regularly bring into the house such as non-refrigerated groceries. I am attaching a video describing its construction and use. Please understand that I am NOT a virologist and this is not my field of study so this may or may not be scientifically valid. Use this information with that in mind. Our son Max is a diabetic and therefore we are feeling a bit jumpy right now with all the Corona Virus activity.
