Yes! I have been wanting a dress like this for almost a year now! now I can make it! Do you think your pattern would work well with wool? I have this vision of an emerald green wool dress with 3/4 sleeves and a cowl neck.

Is it a heavy wool? I think a light one would work coz of the draping part. But you can always open up the pattern more for a more pronounced cowl neck if the fabric is heavier.
