Thanks for this. If you move a side dart to the neckline, is the amount included in the 3.5" or do you add 3.5" more. In the pattern that you drafted (that didn't move the dart) would you still sew the side dart? Thanks.

Hi, no matter you move and dart to the neck or not, the amount of the front neck width is determined by your design. How much drape you want to have around the nexk. And in the video, I moved the side dart to the neck.

Good pattern..the cutter will need to know that the blouse ..especially the ft is cut on the bias grain of the fabric..

It depends on the fabric you use. But bias will make more beautiful drapes on the chest. Have fun!!
