Love this idea so much Amy even though it was just a short and sweet and simple tutorial but I think this is a good way to use up a whole lot of stickers that you have that you no longer use anymore especially for those who use paper clips a lot

Hello! I'm sure you don't remember, but I asked you a some questions a few days ago on your "How to seal/fill shakers" video. I just wanted to say thank you!!! I started playing with resin after watching that video, and my first few shakers turned out really good thanks to you! I totally would have messed up. Keep going, I hope you reach 100k+ soon!

Of course I remember! I’m glad your first one turned out great! Thank you for your sweet comment ☺️

I might actually do this one. I think I have some Epoxy stickers around and paper clips are easy to come by. Uv resin is pricey, but I stop around

Thanks for this video! If I use paper stickers, can I seal with Mod Podge? Also, do I need to remove the paper backing of the sticker before sealing?
@AmyMade2 жыл бұрын
Yes paper stickers need to be sealed. Usually the sticky backing doesn’t need to be sealed but you should always do a test before

Very cute do you have a beginner tutorial on how to work with uv resin

How long can UV resin last when opened? I used to work with the normal resin, the one that cures with time, but im it might be hard as Ive been for a lot of time without using it, so i just wondered if uv resin is a better option
@AmyMade3 жыл бұрын
Just like 2 part resin, uv resin has a shelf life. I don’t know how long since companies don’t disclose this info. It’s best to check by testing if it cures or not.

Amy, i love those pearly purple gloves!! Also don't laugh, it's been a minute and half a half since enjoying resin videos after changing my creative outlets, your voice is one that is one to remember, and it hit me you changed your channel name?! Or am i losing my mind?? Lolz either way.

These are so cute. So, I have never worked with resin before and I’m going to attempt to make some xray markers. My question is, can you put a resin layer over the front of an epoxy sticker? Like “dome” the front of the sticker or any other puffy sticker?
@AmyMade3 жыл бұрын
You can dome over stickers with resin. Just have to be mindful of the material. For example, paper stickers would have to be sealed before the resin layer.

can I use a clear super glue to glue the clips on the stickers instead of UV?

It will pbb damage the stickers but go ahead and try it and see for yourself 👍🏻

so you dont have to seal your paper images, print your images on resin photo paper. You can apply your resin right to your images--no sealer needed
