@@manuelpescado Hi! I think you're talking about the aluminum cases on the wall. For that build, use the video below. With this video, you can make the case any size you want but I am working on a dedicated video for individual figure cases called the Grail Case which have a lot of cool stuff added to it. kzbin.info/www/bejne/jIjVgWVmrtR6j7c

Hello! Really thank you for your complete tutorial, I just came across it, it’s incredible! Seeing so many people have followed it motivates me even more to make my own and will finally allow me to really showcase my little collection! I only have one resin (sometimes it's difficult to put money aside when you're an artist...) and yet since I've had it (more than 10 years haha) I've had a lot of trouble find a way to highlight it... So thank you, you will really change my life!

@PopCultureLivingRoom Thank you so much man! I have an Half-Life 2 Headcrad Zombie in 1:4 from Gaming Heads! I want to make these to display my Harry Potter Lego sets, but I want to be able to view the insides of the buildings. I'm wondering if I can put wheels on this kind of rack? Or do you think those metal kitchen carts that are on wheels could work the same?
@PopCultureLivingRoom11 ай бұрын
I wouldn't put wheels on a garage shelf. They are boltless and require stable ground. How many Harry Potter Lego sets do you have and want to display? A turntable might be a good option. Thanks for watching!

What thickness acrylic are y’all going with?
@PopCultureLivingRoom11 ай бұрын
I went with 1/16" for the sides and 3/32" for the front for a bit more rigidity. Thanks for watching!
@ExstasinBloopers11 ай бұрын
@@PopCultureLivingRoom did you go with full gloss for the shiny look? And how much approx did the acrylic panels weigh? I’m thinking of doing a full panels on each side rather than each shelf section getting their own panel but I’m afraid it’ll be too heavy for the magnets
@PopCultureLivingRoom11 ай бұрын
@ExstasinBloopers the acrylic I used is regular acrylic. The glossiness is natural. A sheet of acrylic that is 48"x72"x3/32" weighs approx 12lbs. If You don't feel comfortable with the magnetic tape, you can always use Velcro. There are pros and cons to both magnetic tape and Velcro tape. My prefer the magnetic tape cuz it's easier to take off and put back on. Hope this helps.

@PopCultureLivingRoom something that can display both sides, since the print is front and back. And perhaps a way to integrate it into the case build.

Hi! I got mine from Amazon in 2021 but I would recommend going to a place that sells acrylic or plastics because it will be cheaper than getting it from Amazon. Thanks so much for watching! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. I'd be happy to help.
@AdenOlmstead8 ай бұрын
@@PopCultureLivingRoomfor the bottom shelf is it a different thickness than the side panels or just the same? And did you get it precut or would you recommend just cutting it yourself?
@PopCultureLivingRoom8 ай бұрын
@@AdenOlmstead The acrylic shelf is 1/2" thick. Much thicker than the side panels. I ordered it from amazon but if you have a place near you that specializes in acrylic, you may get a better price. Here is the one on Amazon: amzn.to/4daSDjd

Now I just pre-ordered the 1/3 scale Howling werewolf from PCS. So talk about rearranging the cabinets without starting. I didn’t get the mirror finish or the clear shelves yet. The black velvet really gets scuffed up and holds lint like mad but have not yet decided what to do till it’s on the base and loaded up. Hope alls well heard about your dog my condolences ( it’s horrible I’ve been there.) didn’t forget to send you photos you have some really cool dudes who have made some beauty’s I just watched the video great stuff. Thanks for all the support Corey! I'll be here ready when you're finished your shelves. I'm sure they're going to look spectacular. The black velvet can be an issue. One of the things I like to use is a lint brush, the ones with the stickers, and use that to clean the velvet. At some point I'll do a video on upkeep. The new statue sounds awesome. I'll have to check it out on PCS's site. Keep in touch. And thanks again!
