@@Lorrainebreternitz Hairy should be described as being "inspired" by your mothers gnome. I used bits and pieces of what I had, made the boots out of a couple of Pam tops and a plastic cup, and used fabric I had on hand...but I love him. And the poor baby will have mittens, can't believe I forgot them! Thank you for your sharing. Merry Christmas.

@@cherylmoore5463 when you first walk into Target, they have what they call the "dollar spot". That is where you find the boots. I went today and my Target store had 3 colors - black, green, and light green.

I just watched your video from October 2021 with tons of ideas to use the mini Christmas trees. I love gnomes and knew I have to make these. The hard part is finding the small boot planter, especially the attached pair boots. I found some on Etsy but they wanted way too much money for them. So I am going to buy baby-child-sized rainboots! I will paint them, glue them together, and add some cement to the bottom inside for weight (or just rocks?) And then just continue with the rest of the items. Thank you to your MOM for this great tutorial. I love it! They are going to look awesome on my porch this Christmas.
