I looked into having an irrigation company come install drip…they were going to charge $2,000 and I was willing to pay! A month before they were going to come, I got really sick and went into the hospital. Seeing your video has convinced me that I can do this…probably next year. My gardening has been put on hold this year. But let me tell you, my neighborhood has been helping me keep everything watered. Love your videos! 🌷🌼🌺🌻🌸💕

Great video. I'm currently working on adding drip to all of my pots. One thing I had a question on was using the plumbers tape. Did you use it on each of the connection areas when you were hooking it to the faucet? How much to use is always a question for me too.

This is very helpful! Is the main line you ran around the edge is the yard 5/8” and the brown line 1/4”?

Unfortunately my May water bill has added $80 dollars additionally to our usual $30 bill. So people need to keep that in mind when doing this because water is left on even though it will be turned on with the timer. I have my front running for one hour and one hour in the back.

+RB the Garden Nanny, LLC you might want to check for a leak. Yes, while the faucet is left on, the water is not flowing through the hose so no water is being used in the system. I run mine for 15 minutes in the morning only, so nowhere near two full hours of watering every day … two hours of watering a day probably adds up quickly!
