Looks like the fan was moving the air the wrong way to me?

It blows air towards the heatsink by design.

Good job

Unless you limit the heat input to the base the solder in the peltier will melt at or around 150 degrees C - the temp most stove tops run at. Still nice job and love the LED :-) Did you see my Stove Top Fan-C range ?

Hi, wondering what voltage you get of your peltier? My homemade fan runs at an average 0.5 volts but not really much more, suprised how yours manages to power an led too???? And spins really fast, amazing how they all vary.

You need a very low power, high efficiency motor - the ones in RC Model servo's are ideal.

Does it matter which way round the peltier device is? Cold side nearest stove or the other way round?

Hi tim, It works really well, good job, what peltier module have you used? where do u get them from? Thanks

It's just a generic cheap module from eBay - I think I paid around £2 from a China seller.

Very nice ! What temperatures can the fan handle?
@Quigsworth16 жыл бұрын
No more than 130 C (265 F) to the hot side of the peltier
