The correct Pencil grasp is so important to get right for children from the start.In this video, I show you some of the tips and tricks I use frequently to help children with their pencil grip.
Efficient Grips-
a)Static tripod grip-using wrist and forearm or elbow to move the pencil instead of fingers. fingers are static (3-4 yrs)
b.)qadrupod grip- develops around 3-4 years
c.)dnamic tripod grip- develops around 5-6yrs old

Mam my son is not showing interest in writing skills simplyrunning away from the place remaining activities he will try to do but writing is big hectic for me

is he a hyperactive child? if yes, then start some physical exercises with him then do sitting time for writing, it will be a great benefit for u. it might be some other issues like , inefficient pencil grip, r u forcing him too much for writing, or not able to focus or not able to perceive, or being very difficult for him, so he used to run away from that place. so need to ask some more info.

mam my child is 10yrs old.he also don't show any interest in writing till now.even forced he don't write.even v scolded,gave slaps,insulted him tat in any case he write but no use.he is going far frm studies.he is interested in teaching his younger brother but in his case he don't.he even don't like drawing.what to do mam.i stay in jamshedpur, jharkhand.even when he sits he bend so much tat it feels he will fell down in copy,toys.he is hyper active or not don't now.khane ka bhi manners nai hai.while eats he makes his hand clothes face dirty.he don't know even simple maths calculation.but he understand if v say not to buy something.he doesn't have any useless demands.he acts like child he don't understand that his younger brother is 4yrs old but start comparing with him.he does not have any friends.what to do please reply.can i get ur phone no.
