in this video I make my diy electric offroad scooter.
For the parts I bought a good new moped with a 2000 watt hub motor, together with a new 60 volt 40ah battery and a 7000 watt speed controller I have a top speed of 80 km/h
the tires are from a quad bike.
The entire frame is made of aluminum and is welded.
total weight of the scooter is 50 kg

Difficult to say, I think 40 - 50 km/h Price would be €1000 for only the frame, on this scooter I’ve bought for another €1500 electrical parts

Just look at AliExpress, there are lots of hub motors kits available. Next Friday the video of my new scooter is getting live. Much more specs in that video

Whats the range you get with normal driving ?

I don’t really know. Because in the Netherlands it’s not aloud to drive an scooter like this on the public roads. But when you take the calculator, the battery is 43ah. The motor takes about 30 amps at 40km/h so that’s 1,4 hour times 40 km is 60km range.
