Когда проточил заготовку тело шишки выделяет смолу. Похоже на термоклей. Отковыриваю ногтем. Приходится корректировать эти места UF смолой.

When I start turning my epoxy projects i aways get big chunks coming off of ? I use a carbide tip tool .. I have to do tons of sanding., any pointers? Great job on the bowl 🥣

Thank you. I'm almost certain you're pushing the knife into the bowl too much. With a carbide knife, try tilting the knife a little in the direction you are working. However, it is necessary to work much more slowly with epoxy resin than with wood. and increase the speed on the lathe

I didn’t think I was pressing to hard.. I’ve got one in progress. Ill try a faster speed and lighter pressure on it., will keep you posted
