Whenever I leave the house I carry a lot of small items with me. So instead of jamming all that stuff into the bottom of my backpack, I made a case for them. A DIY everyday carry (EDC) case.
The idea was to line them all up towards the top.
This case is version 1.0 and I will be adding and subtracting stuff as I get to use it.
Hope you like the video.
Subscribe and share if you do and have a nice day forwards.

I would never had thought of using 3D printing for something like this! Excellent work, love the concept!

Very cool ,would be good to see a carry handle.

ahh, yes. I went back and forth about that. This thing will be slid down into my backpack and the gray" part gives good grip surface. But the next iteration may still include a handle of some sort. Supercool that you liked it :D

I wish I understood 3d design, this is my ideal ‘handbag’ 😆 I’ve had success with foam cut to size in gadget bags or wooden boxes around the house but something portable where everything is accessible is the ultimate goal. And neat cable storage, obviously.

I looove foam :D 3D is pretty easy when you just start. Download 360 fusion for free, and give it a try, you will be better then me in no time. 4 real :D

Thank you and yes it works really really good. A bit unsure how it will hold up over time, but i can add a bit of CA glue to make the tabs/fit tighter again

Very creative. Good video. The next advancement should be a flexible container that is able to adapt to changing items of different sizes and shapes. For example, a wider flashlight, rectangular in shape.

nice! You could build a little port that leads directly to the plug for the power bank, for easy charging

Excellent. It would be nice to somehow make it more modular for when you change or evolve your kit. That way when you change an item, you dont have to remake the entire thing. You would be able to just pop out a pice and remake the small compartment.

Yes, i totally agree, the powerbank broke down, and its hard to find a new one with the same specs :D Thinking about making a 100%modilar one as you said
