Loved it! You really do have a “handmade” home! No mats, Rotary cutters and long plastic flat rulers for you. I don’t think you have time for all that stuff. A cloth measuring tape, and scissors are good enough! Most modern-day sewers would fainting they had to measure like you do! Ha! Darling pillow....turned out perfect!!!!!

Turned out beautifully. Just a thought from the footage, it looks like your fabric sheers could use sharpening. If you take a few minutes to do it or invest in new ones you may notice your cut lines being much cleaner and taking less time to do

Thank you Lisa for this video. I’m a very beginner sewer and I’m curious as to why you do your ruffles that way instead of using a ruffle foot? I use my great grandmother’s featherweight singer and it came with a ruffle foot attachment. Is it just easier to do it the way you showed it than using the ruffle foot?
