What you will need is...
1.Postal tube of your choice. In other countries these are also referred to as Construction tubes, concrete column forms, concrete tube forms etc.
I cut mine to be 40cm height, but this is the exact size I ordered online.

2. Hand saw (Large one is from wilko, the small one is from b&q)
3. Decorative mouldings. The ones i have are called Pine half dowel mouldings. Mine are from b&q and I bought about 12 or 15 of them, cant exactly remember. They are 240 mm long and 21 mm width. Shops like SELCO, Wickes and Homebase will also have similar.
4. MDF board, exact size of mine is 50cmx50cm (mine is from SELCO, but b&q will also have this)
5. Wood glue (mine is from b&q, their own branded one)
6. Paint, as mentioned in the video I used tester pots to save some money. The colours I got was "Coastal cliff" from WILKO, "Puebla and "Cancun" from b&q and "light shadow" from WILKO
7. Washing up sponges
8. Ruler, pen etc.

I've been trying to find these pine half circle wooden dowels for ages... can't find any in stock anywhere that aren't extremely expensive

They are all around the same price unfortunately, you could make your own but very time consuming

Yeah I got them cut in the store. You have to buy a really big board tho and then tell them what size you want them to be.
