Great question, I wish I had the numbers but I haven't recorded them. Our next trip is to Arkansas and with very limited charging we're taking our ICE vehicle. If I can find some time I'll take it on my little towing test loop and see what numbers I get then report back. Thanks for asking!

Try spraying it with 3-M glue they use on vinyl corner bead for drywall then stick your tiles to that. I bet that won't let go. Home Depot where the drywall tools ate

I have tested the 3M spray glue as an adheisive and it melts the foam. There are foam glues I should probably try though. Thanks for the suggestion.

@@AaronKasten well shoot... thought that might work for ya. I used that stuff a lot when I was drywalling. I'd like to build a foam camper and pmf it

@@user-wq1zm5le7t I remember seeing people say these glues work great hotwirefoamfactory.com/glues/ However I found Titebond 2 was more than good enough for all of my needs beyond joining. I really think spray foam like great stuff is the way to go when joining foam to foam. I would wrap edges in wax paperand tape it on tight to prevent the foam from expanding out too much. I used painters tape mostly but it doesn't stick to the foam great so you have to use quite a bit. It helps get much cleaner edges though.
