i remember making a forage puzzle toy from toilet roll tubes a few years ago - i saw from your channel years ago, i made that one for each of my hammy's ever since, as i am not too good at creating some things, but that was my first! and to me it matter not that it gets destroyed quickly not, i just love the fact my hammy gets to play and have a bit of enrichment - i will however be rewatching this, so i can attempt to move up in my hamster crafting! thanks for such an awesome video. i hope you are keeping well, have yourself a great week :)

I would do this but my annoying self would choose coloured paper and then want to change the colour mid way through😭😭

Is colored paper ok to use or not since the dye could be bad. What if it says non toxic?

Yes coloured paper is fine, if you get the type sold for children's crafting it's usually non-toxic (check the packing) and colour-fast which means the dye won't get everywhere if it gets wet :)

Are real flowers safe for my hamster? I love this and am working on making it now.

Some are safe, some aren't it depends on the plant. It's hard to find comprehensive lists of safe flowers (most lists focus on safe herbs/veg/fruit) but you can check on a hamster forum if you want to find out if a specific flower is safe or not. There are some forums linked in the description of the video if you need recommendations :)
