Very beautiful as always but how does the light work? do you need to hang this near a window?

Thank you! The light is solar-powered so as long as it can recharge in regular day light you should be good. I don't have mine hanging by a window (it's in a hallway with no windows) and the regular day light is sufficient to charge it so that it turns on at night. :)
