Just a little note as that wasn’t specified in the video , after mixing the vitamin C when I say to let the mixture rest , make sure you have the cap on of them blender bottle so that oxidation of the vitamin C doesn’t happen. Let it rest with the cap on for a few minutes and then blend ! Sometimes while making these videos certain instructions get missed but Inshallah working on making these videos better ! For those asking about the Vitamin C tablets you can get from any good organic company , the same goes for the cucumber gel 🙌🏼

Blend papaya and cucumber with quarter glass water. Sieve it. Add cucumber gel, aloe vera gel, lemon peel water and 10 vit C tablets. Leave for 7-8 minutes. Blend again. Sieve it. Put in a dropper bottle and use.

One way to protect skin is not to go out till after Maghrib when the sun has set. Also plan summer outings between Asar and Maghrib because its nice and breezy and shadows grow longer. Do spas in summer between sunrise and dhohar because then you can do DIY remedies to get rid of previous days sun damage or sun tan and when you go out at Asar your skin will be glowing. In winter go out between sunrise and Asar and then from Asar to sunrise try DIY to get rid of sun damage.
