Thought I would see more detail in setting the taper accurately for collets. Doing the Hex cleanup after the Collect work, Is it still on center? More detail on the hex clean up. Bet you could use a front surface grinder and think of all the tooling you could make for it. I love mine, and use it much more than I thought I would.

I will give you some tips if you turning set your carriage stop to lengh what you want to turn then engage power feed and work with them to make your work more comfortable . You have knife with good chipbreaker so use it properly take passes 2-3mm on diameter and the chips will break instead wind around your part and the surface will be better. When the chips wont brake increase your feed. Have nice day
