OSHA would have gone insane if it saw this. You are leaving out protective features and it has no shield for the grind disc incase it explodes and learn to hold the thing properly or you'll be left without your fingers

This motor does not have enough continuous torque. As for running without esc, I haven't figured it out yet. If you find a way to run without esc, please let me know.

safety...... you still have 5 fingers, 2 on this hand and 3 on the other. that said, try to use the discs as weight inertia where the spacer is put. it will have more power before it stops and a bigger slow down curve.

Check the power supply, if the power supply is ok. Maybe the hard drive is broken.
